Premiere M processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016 and related legislation. Depending on the activity carried out, Premiere M processes your personal data, as the data subject, under the following conditions:

  • For processing derived from your capacity as a visitor on the website;
  • If you are a candidate for Premiere M’s job vacancies;
  • To the extent that you are a beneficiary of the services provided by Premiere M (client representatives);

 

To the extent that you are a contractual partner of Premiere M (including partner representative, evaluator, agent, service provider, tenant, participant in events organized by Premiere M).

 
Categories of personal data we process

Premiere M processes personal data that you provide directly, as well as data that is generated based on them. We may collect personal data about you when you use our website as well as in the course of contractual relationships and the provision of services by Premiere M.

We collect and process data automatically (through technology) every time you visit our website and both automatically and manually every time you provide data via our contact forms.

Premiere M does not ask you to provide any personal data (personally identifiable information) to access and use our website and does not collect any such information without your knowledge or permission. By personal data, we mean all the information relating to an identified or identifiable Website visitor.

  • from the information you provide us by completing the form on our website: the form on the Contact page;

Purposes and grounds for processing

We collect, use and store the information you send us via the Website contact forms in order to process your requests for business inquiries, job applications or other purposes you might have. When you submit your information, you consent that Premiere M may use this information in order to process your request.

We also collect, use and store automatically (through technological tools offered by third-party services) data about the visitors and their usage of our website in order to improve our website and user experience.

Premiere M processes your personal data as follows:

  1. In order to fulfill legal obligations, for the following purposes:
  • management of relations with public authorities or other entities providing a public service (bailiffs, notaries, etc.);

  • preservation/storage (prior to archiving) and archiving according to legal provisions of contractual documentation and/or other documents containing personal data.

  • carrying out any legal relationships resulting from contracts concluded between Premiere M and you or the company you represent;
  • adequate monitoring of all obligations assumed by Premiere M ‘s contractual partners (natural persons) and/or clients towards Premiere M;

  • improving the services provided by improving internal flows, policies and procedures;
  • simple marketing, PR and communication purposes, conducting surveys regarding the activity of Premiere M and its third-party contractual partners;

  • ascertaining, exercising or defending Premiere M’s rights in court, as well as establishing evidence in this regard;

Recipients of personal data

Duration of data processing

In order to achieve the aforementioned processing purposes, Premiere M will process your personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above, as well as in order to comply with applicable legal obligations, including, but not limited to, the provisions relating to the archiving obligation.

If you are a client or Business Partner, we will retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship with you and for the minimum retention period required by law, including the limitation period and the deadlines provided for by tax and accounting legislation.

If the basis for the processing is your consent, this personal data will be processed only for the period provided for by your consent, unless you withdraw or limit your consent before the expiry of this period. In such cases, we will cease processing the respective personal data for the relevant purposes, subject to any legal obligation to process this personal data and/or our need to process this personal data for the purpose of exercising our legitimate rights (including the legitimate rights of other persons).
